Weekend Preview - Auhust 9th

Weekend Preview
It is another less than fun filled weekend for me.

I have a quiz and a final examination to create for my Business Law class. Those will be time consuming tasks, especially the final examination. Naturally, I have more lesson plans to create and assignments to grade. I could spend an entire day of class work and still not be finished.

I should do some cleaning around the place.

I ought to go to the market and get some food. I also need to go to the Office Max store and the Office Depot store because I need printer cartridges. Don’t we always need printer cartridges? I have some discount coupons that will expire soon.

I should take some time out to relax a bit. Friday after school might be an excellent time for a break out on the balcony.

Then, there are a couple of letters that I ought to write and mail.

I also ought to mail a package off to my friend Lara in South Africa. Lara is the one person who is most responsible for me being on the Internet.

Lunch with Doug
Doug and I went to lunch today after he had his morning walk.

I suggested that we go to the new Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Riviera Village, a section of Redondo Beach and check it out. We could get some iced coffee drinks and then head over to the Fatburger in the Village as well. We could enjoy the iced coffees and Fatburgers.

Doug thought this was an excellent idea.

The plan fell apart quickly for us.

Parking at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was or is terrible. We circled the block three times before we gave up forever on that location. We will support other, more car friendly locations.

We are likely to increase our patronage of a Starbucks that is only a half mile – eight tenths of kilometer away from my flat. Doug recommended that I consider the Starbucks Double Chocolate Chip as a replacement or alternative for the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s Mocha Mudslide.

I had a Fatburger meal which a Fatburger, fries, and a medium drink. Doug had a Kingburger meal which is a Kingburger [twice the size of a Fatburger because he did not have any breakfast this morning], fries, and a medium drink.

Woman of the Moment
What better way to end the week than with Masami Nagasawa. I think this is an excellent decision on my part. This is another themed set of images for Masami. I trust you will enjoy them.

Everyone has enjoyed the Woman of the Moment since I have never received any adverse comment. I did get one positive comment from Faline Song who liked the nice things I said about her.

Be well and stay happy.
