Looking and Seeing Good Now
I am looking and seeing much better tonight. I got my eyeglasses update with a new prescription. I was due for a new one.

I had a new doctor do the examination. The doctor I have been seeing for the last seven years only works on Saturdays now. No one bothered to mention that when I made the appointment. I didn’t want to wait three more weeks to get a chance to have the regular doctor do the examination so I gave the new doctor a try.

The new doctor is nice and he tries hard. He just has a long row to hoe before I will be comfortable with him.

I don’t think the people at the local Lenscrafters like me very much. I used my old frames again since they still me well and are paid for. There was no adjustment. The clerk was surprised my glasses fit so well when I tried them on.

I told her that they were my old frames with new lenses.

She agreed that they should fit me well. Smart of her I should think.

I found out why the flash didn’t function on my camera when I tried to use it in Atlanta this past weekend.

Holy coincidences Batman.

Doug had turned the flash off when we took Amy the Server to dinner at Morton’s for Chuckay. He didn’t mention that he made an adjustment to the camera. Last night, I asked him if he had any ideas on why the camera flash didn’t work for me. That was when he mentioned that he had turned the flash off because it wasn’t necessary when he took a photo of Amy and me.


Ahhhh, that explains a great deal.

I changed the setting, once I found where it was, and the camera worked just fine for me.
